Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer:
Customers may cancel orders within 24 hours of placing them, provided the order has not been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at care@purobiennutrition.uk with your order details. If the order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Cancellation by Purobien Nutrition:
Purobien Nutrition reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances including, but not limited to, product unavailability, payment issues, or suspicion of fraud. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and initiate a full refund.
2. Refund Policy
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
Orders cancelled within the specified timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Return and Refund for Delivered Products:
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you receive a product that meets these criteria, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. After verifying the claim, we will arrange a replacement or process a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, consumable products (such as supplements, powders, and similar items) cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
